Technical Customer Department

The Technical Customer Department solves all problems related to obtaining permits and approvals, organizes construction sites, ensures connectivity of communications to engineering networks, calculates project profitability and undertakes financial control. It provides engineering services throughout the entire work on the object - from the development of a draft design to commissioning.

It includes zoning, structure planning, determination of the land plots for capital construction and location of linear objects, construction development plan, engineering support, cultural and consumer services, and transport availability. The project of the territorial planning consists of the main part to be approved and the justification.

    Architectural and City-planning Solution (a draft design).\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\n Architectural solutions for the future building are developed based on the specified technical, economic, functional and aesthetic requirements of the customer; requirements and limitations of local architectural supervision bodies; existing historical context of the surrounding territory. The design is finalized in close interaction with the customer. Then presentation materials are prepared based on the model of architectural and city-planning solution.

We develop an information model of the building (BIM technology) based on the architectural and city-planning solution and obtained technical conditions and prepare design and estimate documentation to get a positive expertise report.

    Designer Supervision.\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\n It is needed to ensure that the construction and installation works are performed at the site in compliance with the solutions presented in the design documentation. It is especially relevant when the project is subjected to numerous changes from third-party contractors attracted by the customer. It will help to preserve the original design and stylistics of architectural solutions. The control is carried out both for the space-planning solutions of the exterior and interior of the object, the quality of the work and materials used, and for implementation of the technical solutions and regulations for the constructions and engineering systems provided by the project. Designer supervision is conducted in compliance with the procedures and requirements of federal construction standards; the designer’s supervision journal is maintained by the members of the designer' team or by the designer's representatives.

    Adaptation of Foreign Projects\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\n We bring the documentation developed by foreign designers in line with the requirements of the Russian legislation and prepare documentation for passing the State Expertise. We support foreign designers at the following stages: Concept, Advanced Concept, Schematic Design, Design Development. We help in organizing negotiations, meetings and correspondence.
Technical Inspection

If you buy a building or facility, decide on the resumption of construction, plan a reconstruction and major repairs or want to change the object’s functionality, you need to have a technical inspection. It allows seeing the real object’s state and making a reasoned and correct decision about its future.
