The Time Square residential complex in Saint Petersburg, designed by KPLN Architects, was included in the URBAN Awards 2025 shortlist in the Grand Prix category and in the ADDAWARDS 2025 international award shortlist in the "Public Spaces of Residential Complexes" category.
KPLN Architects designed the Time Square residential quarter for the developer RSTI Holding. The complex is located in the Primorsky District of Saint Petersburg, on the border of the Yuntolovo Nature Reserve, and occupies a total area of 140,000 m². The quarter is fully completed and occupied as of 2025.
The quarter comprises 13 buildings 13 stories high. The houses visually form a clock face: each of the 12 perimeter buildings symbolizes an hour, while the accentuated central building marks the intersection of the clock hands. From a bird's-eye view, the ensemble is perceived as a giant clock and reveals the theme of the passage of time — a metaphor reflected in the name of the complex.
