The first floor of the building houses an educational center with a short-stay children's group, with an area of 600 sq m. The building's ventilated facades are finished with panels stylized to resemble brick.
The pitched roof in the design evokes the image of a cozy country house — the same image rhymes with the organization of the building's entrance groups. The large-scale curtain-wall glazing of the first floor gives the building's appearance lightness and permeability.
The landscaping of the adjacent territory includes comprehensive planting, the creation of lawns and paved pedestrian paths, and the entrance groups are located at ground level — thus creating a barrier-free environment accessible to people with limited mobility. A stroller room is designed on the first floor, and bicycle storage areas are provided next to the building.
