The Multifunctional Commercial Centre at Teply Stan metro station is a two-storey building of about 2,000 m² in south-west Moscow, designed by KPLN Architects and completed in 2017. It stands at the intersection of Novoyasenevsky Prospekt and Profsoyuznaya Street, directly above the metro station. Its complex plan with deep recesses results from the site's many technical constraints, and the building is defined by a fully glazed ground floor and a white stepped "accordion" of aluminium composite panels that forms a canopy over the main entrance. The project was shortlisted for the World Architecture Festival (WAF) 2019, received the Moscow Architectural Council Award and a Diploma of the Union of Architects of Russia, and won the "Best Implemented Project".
