The "Klyazma" wellness complex, built in the 1960s, was supplemented in the 1990s with an indoor swimming pool building. Today this building requires renovation. In place of the pool, a full wellness complex with a spa center will appear. In the double-height part of the first floor with panoramic glazing, there are two pools: a sports pool and a wellness pool, which transitions into an outdoor pool. The space is covered by a coffered reinforced concrete slab. The coffer pattern is incorporated into the interior design of the spa center and the restaurant on the top floor. The spa area is located in the enclosed part behind the glass volume, adjacent to the existing administrative building. The second floor houses a children's play complex. On the top floor there is a panoramic restaurant. The building has a tiered structure precisely so that the striking view of the forest and the water's surface is accessible both to those on the outdoor terrace and to those seated in the interior part of the restaurant.
