The project consists of two 21-storey residential towers set on a stylobate, and an infrastructure building. It develops the fashionable theme of variously sized boxes stacked on top of one another, which distinguishes the buildings from the standard surroundings. The expressiveness of the residential complex is built on the contrast between the dark northern facades — highlighted by perforated panels with a smooth matte texture painted to resemble wood — and the white facades with unusual plasticity. They create a wave-like pattern that is perceived subtly but has a strong visual effect.
