The New Time residential complex in St. Petersburg, designed by KPLN Architects, was a finalist in the Urban Awards 2023, in the category “Residential Complex of the Year — Comfort Class, St. Petersburg.” The complex is located in the Primorsky District, at the intersection of Glukharskaya and Planernaya Streets, near Yuntolovsky Forest Park. Instead of the traditional straight street vistas typical of St. Petersburg, the architects created a dynamic composition of 9- and 13-storey sections. The buildings resemble open books. Their white volumes, featuring slanted glazed end facades, improve natural daylight in the apartments and open up views from the windows, including views towards Yuntolovsky Forest Park.
