Cosmos Selection Sochi Sialia Resort is a premium 5-star resort hotel in the Adler district of Sochi, Russia, with an architectural concept by KPLN Architects for the developer GRAVION. The 107,000 m² complex draws on the swallows' nests that cling to the cliffs of the Black Sea coast: cascading green terraces and ribbed balconies read as a continuation of the mountain landscape. The hotel will have 1,452 rooms and become the first Cosmos Selection property in Sochi, with opening scheduled for Q1 2029.
