The third phase is the final stage of the 31 Kvartal residential complex in Pushkino, located near the Serebryanka River. KPLN Architects, which previously worked on the architectural design of the earlier phase, has designed two 23-storey residential towers on a three-storey podium, with a private courtyard on the rooftop. The new buildings continue the complex’s architectural language, characterised by a monochromatic palette and sculptural façades, while establishing their own distinctive identity. The third phase is conceived as an extension and further development of the overall complex. The monochromatic colour scheme has been retained, combining white with a contrasting dark tone, while each tower has its own character. One features an almost black graphite finish, while the other is finished in a dark brown shade with a subtle terracotta undertone. The key architectural feature is the use of cantilevered volumes. These projecting elements combine light and dark façade materials, emphasising their contrast. The dark façade sections feature a textured design that creates a grid pattern, adding depth and rhythm to the architectural composition.
